Founded in 1971, The Photographers' Gallery was the first independent gallery in Britain devoted to photography. A registered not-for-profit charity, all sales from Print Sales go back into the public exhibition programme. It is currently undergoing extensive redevelopment work creating new galleries and an education space to transform its building, which will reopen in Autumn 2011.
