Japanese photographer Daisuke Yokota (b. 1983 Saitama) was chosen as the winner of the tenth Foam Paul Huf Award 2016. This annual prize, given to a photography talent under 35 years, consists of 20.000 Euro and an exhibition in Foam Fotografiemuseum Amsterdam.



The Foam Paul Huf Award continues to attract portfolios from all over the world. The jury chose Daisuke Yokota from a pool of 97 nominated photographers, from 29 countries worldwide.

Last weekend Foam Magazine was announced as winner of the Lucie Award for Photography Magazine of the Year at Carnegie Hall, New York City. The Lucie Awards is the premiere annual event honoring the greatest achievements in photography.

The Lucie Awards are presented by the Lucie Foundation, a charitable organisation whose mission is to honor master photographers, discover and cultivate emerging talent, and promote the appreciation of photography worldwide.
